Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Is an M&E main contractor in Singapore, committed to delivering high-quality, complex projects using advanced digital construction methods.
• Oversee day-to-day architecture / interior design deliverables in line with quality, schedule, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate technical documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.

Job Requirements

• Relevant industry experience and qualifications for this BIM Space Management Engineer role are required.
