Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of mechanical and ACMV project installations.
- Oversee site operations to ensure strict adherence to project timelines.
- Troubleshoot and optimize the performance of chillers and ventilation units.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, tender proposals, and progress reports.
- Guarantee all installation work complies with BCA and Singapore standards.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve site-specific challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers and supervisors to elevate team technical capabilities.
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant ACMV industry experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD for schematic reviews and technical drawing updates.
- Skilled in MS Project for tracking baseline schedules and milestones.
- Strong working knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder and client management.
- Ability to perform independent diagnostics and problem-solving on-site.
