Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end commercial spectrum for assigned construction and interior design building projects.
- Prepare and submit progress claims for regular payment cycles to ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Certify payment claims for sub-contractors and suppliers to maintain project budget integrity and timelines.
- Coordinate closely with the site team to monitor daily work progress and associated costs.
- Negotiate and settle final accounts with all vendors to close out project financial records.
- Review technical drawings to assist in accurate cost estimation and quantity take-off procedures.
Job Requirements
- Hold a recognized Diploma qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related construction field.
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in the construction or interior design industry.
- Background in architectural and interior design project types is highly preferred for this role.
- Demonstrate a meticulous eye for detail when reviewing complex project contracts and invoices.
- Possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders including sub-contractors, suppliers, and site management.
